While we often hear that "stress is bad for the skin," it

A survey conducted by Septem Research Institute revealed that
the level of happiness in the heart and stress levels are
deeply related to skin condition. Furthermore, it has been
found that skincare that feels comfortable increases
Oxytocin levels and has the effect of
improving skin condition.
From now on,
"skincare that cares for the heart" seems to be the big key
to creating beautiful, moisturized skin!
Looking at Graph a, we can see that
the group with high happiness feels that their "skin condition
is good" compared to the lower group. Furthermore, in Graph
b, the group with high stress
levels answered that they feel their "skin condition is bad"
compared to the low stress group.
While it is difficult to reduce stress to zero,
it seems very important to find triggers that make you feel
happy, such as soaking in a bath or enjoying your favorite

And as seen in the two graphs below, daily skincare can become

Graphs c and
d show the results of women who
